The Association of Towns and the New York Conference of Mayors established NYMEP, the New York Municipal Energy Program, to offer its municipal members a procurement initiative that achieves economies of scale and gains access to the most attractive electricity and natural gas prices. The program helps community leaders reduce energy cost and provide budget stability for their municipally-owned facilities.
